On the 14th of April 2020, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s birth anniversary of the Indian historical leader, Ambedkar was an Indian jurist, economist, politician and social reformer who inspired the Dalit Buddhist movement and campaigned against social discrimination towards the untouchables. He is the architect of the Indian constitution.
While the lockdown due to COVID - 19 caused a drop in the enthusiasm of Ambedkar followers, the social media saw a virtual celebration. Every star and renowned celebrity of M-town came forward to wish fans on this occasion. From Subodh Bhave to Siddharth Jadhav, Swwapnil Joshi to Abhijeet Khandkekar, many came forward to paint the town blue on this occasion.
This year marks the 129th start anniversary of Babasaheb Ambedkar and the Marathi celebs paid their tribute on social media handles to this legend. Babasaheb Ambedkar is responsible for a unified nation, the one that we enjoy our freedom today.
