Sonalee Kulkarni who has rock most of 2020 and the whole of 2019 with a number of hit films, expressed her gratitude towards mother earth, “The #earth is what we all have in common.... a fine place, worth fighting for! On #earthday2020, let us all listen and feel the drumbeat that runs through our veins until we connect to this beautiful world again. It is inside of us. The planet is us. Awaken to the truth”.
Shreyas Talpade shared a picture of his daughter holding a miniature globe in her hands. He prays that our future generations come into the world with great happiness and abundance. He says, “My world holding this little world in her own little hands! I wish that when she grows up, birds are still chirping, rivers are still flowing and the wind is still blowing spreading love, light, and positive energy to everyone, every day. Hope we can give them the gift of better earth!💟🌏”.
Actor Suyash Tilak who is usually not one to post days! The actor took it to Instagram to share his thoughts, “I pledge & request you all to do your bit.1. I will plant trees wherever possible and take care of them for as long as I live. Or at least have someone to look after the trees which are newly planted.2. I will not use plastic and will avoid it and try my best possible to look for alternatives. 3. I will be kind and generous to animals (even Humans) around me.4. I will not spit on the roads. Or throw around the garbage carelessly. 5. I will use water very very responsibly and not waste it even under the name of personal hygiene”. He mentions that even if it sounds repetitive, it is necessary to be responsible!
