Recently, the top 5 singers were selected from the previous 12, in the Marathi celebrity singing show Singing Star. That includes actors Aastad Kale, Yashoman Apte, Swanandi Tikekar, Archana Nipankar as well as actress Girija Oak Godbole. Last week, after giving a tribute to the renowned Marathi singer and writer Dr. Saleel Kulkarni, these contestants have started preparing themselves for the final showdown.
