Rinku Rajguru, a regional artist gained nationwide popularity with her very first film Sairat all while she was a school girl! The actress celebrates her birthday today. Rinku who made her acting debut at the age of 16 in 2016 while still in school, is now one of the youngest most headstrong actresses in Maharashtra.

Sairat:
Rinku’s performance as a non-stereotypical romantic heroine at the age of 16 was a surprise. Marathi industry was not familiar with something so bold, raw yet so relatable on the silver screen. Rinku had the diction of a regional girl only. From a daughter to a lover and from a wife to a mother; she pulled each role effortlessly.

Kaagar:
While we just recovering from one amazement Rinku took us to another. She played a politician in Kaagar who was lost in a whirlwind of power games! Rinku’s portrayal of the loss and distraught just pierced into our emotions.

Who said Marathi girls don’t cuss on screen? Rinku just gave an Amitabh Bachchan from Deewar style of speech in this film. Drinking, cursing, and savage dialogues, she nailed it all!
