Actress Sukanya Mone is one of the legendary veteran actresses we have. The actress has worked in various Hindi as well as Marathi films and TV series. The actress has an amazing track record in both industries. After her debut in Marathi film Eka Peksha Ek, the actress was seen in the Bollywood film Parwane which was her debut in Bollywood. This serial revolved around the life of Sudha Joshi who’s a professor. The actress did amazing work in this serial, and she’s still known for her lead in this series.
After Abhalmaya, the actress played a role in the Apurva Nemlekar starrer Marathi serial Aradhana in 2013. This devotional series also gained so much fame. And, the actress played a motherly role in this series.
After that, the actress again appeared in a motherly role in the famous Marathi serial Julun Yeti Reshimgathi in 2014. The show had actors Lalit Prabhakar and Prajakta Mali as lead characters. And, Sukanya played the role of Lalit’s mother Mai, in this series. Her role in this series gained her so much love from the audience.
Then in 2017, the actress appeared as the older version of the lead character Malti in her famous serial Chuk Bhul Dyavi Ghyavi. The younger version of the character Malti was played by actress Saylee Phatak. This serial gained so much popularity during its time.
In 2019, the actress again appeared in a motherly role in the Bhagyashree Limaye and Chinmay Udgirkar starrer Marathi TV series, Ghadge And Suun. The actress played the role of Sadhana Ghadge also known as Mai in this series. For this role as well, the actress gained so much love from her fans.
And currently, she’s playing the role of Anupama Sadavarte, the mother of lead male character Shantanu in her famous Marathi serial Shubhmangal Online. The series is based on a unique concept of virtual marriage, relating to the recent lockdown conditions. The lead characters are played by actors Suyash Tilak and Sayali Sanjeev. The serial has gained a huge response from the audience for its unique concept and amazing story. Also, Sukanya’s character from the series is loved by everyone who watches the series.
