Popular Marathi actress Ishwari Deshpande with friend die after car crashes into river creek in Goa
The popular Marathi actress from Pune and her friend died in a horrible car accident when their vehicle smashed into a creek while negotiating a bridge on the Baga-Calangute route near Arpora village in Goa. The mishap occurred early Monday morning. Both, Ishwari and her friend in the car died due to drowning as the car was centrally locked and they could not rescue themselves. The departed have been identified as actress Ishwari Deshpande, 25, and her friend Shubham Dedge, 28. Ishwari had recently shot a Hindi and a Marathi film.
Reportedly, they both had visited Goa for a holiday trip to Goa on September 15 and unfortunately, the car crashed into the creek as the driver lost control over the vehicle on a narrow road near the Arpora village
As per a reliable source, the Marathi actress Ishawri and Shubham knew each other for many years and their friendship had developed into a relationship and the two were supposed to get engaged next month. As informed earlier, Ishwari was a resident of Kirkatwadi in Pune while Shubham was a resident of Nanded.
However, the actress had recently finished her shoot for Marathi and Hindi films, whereas, some post-production work of the movie is still in progress.
This unfortunate incident has come as a major shock for all their family members and friends. Reportedly, the family members of both the deceased were informed by the Goa Police. As per the police statement, the bodies of Ishwari and Shubham with the car were recovered by the fire brigade team at around 7 am on Monday.
