This sad scenario is unfortunate and although there are processes being implemented to get things done quicker, these workers are stranded in hazardous conditions in large numbers. The actress tries to voice the problems of the less fortunate class suffering at the cost of COVID-19 pandemic. Shilpa who was the lead character in Marathi TV show Tula Pahate Re opposite Subodh Bhave, tries to do her bit in raising the issue of migrant workers.
