One of the most popular celebrity couple of the Marathi film industry, Mrunmayee Deshpande and Swapnil Rao completed 3 years of marital bliss on 3 December. The Marathi Diva took to Instagram to share a picture of their 3rd wedding anniversary. The actress captioned the photo as ‘I love you to Pluto and back Rao.... We are 3 years old’. The couple is looking absolutely stunning in traditional Marathi wedding attire in the picture.
Mrunmayee Deshpande has always surprised her fans with her performances both in Marathi films and TV serials. The actress also appeared in Hindi films and TV serials. Mrunmayee Deshpande’s first daily soap was ‘Agnihotra’ which aired on Star Pravah. The actress started her Bollywood career with the film ‘Humne Jeena Seekh Liya’ in 2008. However, Mrunmayee Deshpande is best known for her performance in the Marathi serial ‘Kunku’. Apart from these Mrunmayee has done many Marathi movies like Slambook , Sata Lota Pan Sagla Khota, Katyar Kaljat Ghusali, etc.
Mrunmayee Deshpande’s last release was Fatteshikast' which was directed by Digpal Langekar. Besides Mrunmayee, the film also starred Chinmay Mandlekar, Mrunal Kulkarni, Nikhil Raut, Harish Dudhadhe, Anup Soni, Ankit Mohan and Sameer Dharmadhikari in pivotal roles.
Mrunmayee Deshpande tied the knot with businessman husband Swapnil Rao in a grand traditional Marathi wedding on 3rd December 2016 at Pune. The wedding was attended by their friends and family.
