Spruha Joshi, a talented actress of Marathi entertainment industry says that she is glad to get the opportunity to work in the mystery thriller- Vicky Velingkar. For her brilliant performance in Marathi shows such as Eka Lagnachi Teesri Goshta and Unch Maaza Zoka, Spruha Joshi has come to be known as an actress who can do justice to any role given to her. Featuring in the upcoming movie Vicky Velingkar, she takes that image forward.
Directed by Saurabh Varma , Vicky Velingkar is a story of a struggling comic book artist featuring Sonalee in the lead. In the movie, Spruha Joshi will be seen playing the role of Vidya. Being asked by the reporters about her role in the film, Spruha said that since the movie is a suspense thriller she doesn’t want to reveal anything. She further said that her character as Vidya in the movie is very strong and important that she didn’t think of the length of her role but only thought of the plot. She further added that the moment she got the narration of the movie from Saurabh Varma, she knew and felt that she had to this role and there was no reason to say no to the movie.
Spruha Joshi also stated that this is a film that is distinct from any other in the recent past. Spurha said that the fact that Vicky Velingkar is a thriller and an intense one made the project even more interesting for her. She also said that she is really excited and looking forward to the release.
