Sandeep Pathak's Varhad Nighalay Londonla Now Hits The Stage
Sandeep Pathak’s solo act play Varhad Nighalay Londonla hits the stage.

Written by the late Dr. Laxmanrao Deshpande, the solo act play Varhad Nigahlay Londonla has been etched in the minds of Marathi audiences. Earlier the role was played by late Dr. Deshpande and now has been taken over by Sandeep Pathak post the sad demise of Dr. Deshpande. In Sandeep’s recent post he captioned – ‘काल बालगंधर्व रंगमंदीर पुणे येथे यशोधन नागरी पतसंस्थेने वऱ्हाड निघालंय लंडनला नाटकाचा प्रयोग आयोजित केला, आयोजकांचे, प्रेक्षकांचे आणि मा. खासदार गिरीशभाऊ बापट सरांचे मनापासून आभार (Yesterday, in Balgandharv Rangmandir Pune, Yashodhan Naagri Organisation has organized the stage show “ Varhad Nigahlay Londonla”, heartfelt gratitude to Organisers, audiences, and Hon'ble. Member of Parliament Girishbhau Bapat ).’

In the play, Sandeep also played a cheering 52 characters, much like late Dr. Deshpande did when he would perform. Sandeep recently completed more than 300 shows of the play.
