Singing Star Celebrities Test Positive For COVID 19: Shoot Halted Soon After Purniema Dey And Abhijeet Kelkar Contract Coronavirus
Even after taking all precautionary measures the celebrity singers and their mentors on the show are tested positive for COVID.
After the news of Subodh Bhave and family being COVID positive, now we also break the news of participants of the Marathi reality show Singing Star, Purnima Dey, and Abhijeet Kelkar being tested positive for Covid-19.
Even after taking all precautionary measures the celebrity singers and their mentors on the show are tested positive for COVID. To take the precautions, channel has halted the shoot till September 10. Thankfully due to the pre-shoot schedule, the show can continue to telecast.
It was the two mentors namely Kavita Raam and Mandaar Apte tested positive first. Although they were asymptomatic, the transmission already happened. Their mentees, Abhijeet, and Purniema are undergoing the treatments now.
Abhijeet writes, “नमस्कार, सर्व प्रकारची काळजी घेऊनही मला कोरोना ची लागण झाली... माझी फक्त पाठ दुखत होती ह्या व्यतिरिक्त मला आणखी काहीही होत नव्हतं किंवा सर्दी,खोकला, ताप अशी कुठलीही लक्षणही नव्हती... डॉक्टरांना विचारल्यावर त्यांनी टेस्ट करून घ्यायला सांगितली जी पॉझिटिव्ह आली... त्यानंतर डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यानुसार मी व्यवस्थित ट्रीटमेंट घेत आहे आणि आता माझी तब्येत उत्तम आहे... माझी बायको तृप्ती आणि राधा- मल्हार सगळे ठणठणीत आहेत... तुमच्या शुभेच्छा आणि आशीर्वाद असेच कायम पाठीशी असू देत धन्यवाद…”.
Recently Marathi actor-director Subodh Bhave also tested positive for COVID-19. He too shared that his wife Manjiri and elder son Malhar have tested positive for COVID-19.
