A dancer and a theatre lover, Marathi television industry’s popular face Mayuri Wagh, famous as ‘Asmita’, is the ‘Manjiri’ in ‘Ti Phulrani’. Her character is that of a maid who cannot even speak fluent Marathi. She loved playing this character and is departing from it! Mayuri took to Instagram to share this with a heavy heart that it is her last day of getting ready as ‘Manjiri’.

‘Manjiri’ is a simple down to earth girl working as a domestic help, who has an ambition to learn and establish a successful career. We saw Manju’s journey from being a struggler to becoming a lawyer, from not being able to afford education to being the daughter-in-law of a wealthy clan and from being a shy girl to being a devoted lover and wife. Now it's time to say goodbye to the most loved character played by Mayuri after 'Asmita'.
