The Marathi film, theatre, and TV industry has united to laud all those heroes of India who are working 24/7 to ensure the wellness and safety of the citizens amid the COVID 19 outbreak. Sai Tamhankar, Sonalee Kulkarni, Amey Wagh, Subodh Bhave, Amruta Khanvilkar, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Siddharth Chandlekar are few names who. 

'Tu Chal Pudha' is an old Marathi song that appreciates the spirit of kindness and humanity in people. It encourages them to keep doing good fearlessly and be the torch bearers of humanity. The ones who are out on the field today, providing essential services to us in these tough times are the ones responsible for our good health. We owe gratitude and support to them. Thus our top Marathi actors joined hands in this movement.

This was an initiative of Marathi cinema's popular filmmaker and actor, Sameer Vidwans and Hemant Dhome. The video of the song features Siddharth Jadhav, Spruha Joshi, Swwapnil Joshi, Sonalee Kulkarni Amey Wagh, Lalit Prabhakar, Abhinay Berde, Gashmeer Mahajani, Priyadarshan Jadhav, Prajakta Mali, Rinku Rajguru, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Vaidehi Parshurami, Shreya Bugde, Anita Date, Mithila Palkar, Shivani Surve, Spruha Joshi, Prajakta Mali, Sayali Sanjeev, and Hruta Durgule.

The melody is composed by Hrishikesh, Saurabh, Jasraj and is sung by the talented Ajay Gogawale, Priyanka Barve, and Deepika Joag Datar. The soulful song penned by Shantaram Athvale with the music of Keshavrao Bhole.

Technology has enabled such beautiful creations even from isolation. The song urges people to stay home and support the people who are working to combat the virus.
