Upcoming Comedy Marathi Serial ‘Alti Palti Sumadit Kalti’: Shivani Baokar Shares The Promo
Shivani Baokar recently shared the first promo of ‘Alti Palti Sumadit Kalti’ serial on her Instagram
Shivani Baokar had become a household name, all credits to her character ‘Shitli’ from ‘Lagira Zhala Jee’. Since the show has gone off-air, around a month ago, Shivani’s fans were curious to know when will they get to see her next. Much to their surprise, Shivani will now be seen in a quirky thief character in an upcoming comedy drama on television, ‘Alti Palti Sumadit Kalti’. She recently shared the first promo of this serial on her Instagram.
As seen in the promo, Shivani Baokar teams up with a con and breaks loose over the town, cheating people one after the other. She appears like a care-free girl, who plays a ‘thug’ along with the male lead in this show. The story plot reminds us of Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee starrer ‘Bunty aur Babli’, who fake names and con people to earn money.
Shivani has worked in many Hindi and Marathi TV serials like, ‘Anamika’, ‘Devyani’ and ‘Sundar Maza Ghar’. She has also worked in films like ‘Youth Tube’ directed by Pramod Prabhulkar and ‘Undga’ directed by Vikrant Warde. After playing the character of ‘Shitli’ an army man’s wife, Shivani is all set to entertain her audience with the versatility of her performance with a different role in ‘Alti Palti Sumadit Kalti’.
