World Photography Day 2019: Sakhee Gokhale, Priya Bapat, Sonalee Kulkarni And Bhagyashree Mote Turn To Photography On This Day
August 19 is celebrated as World Photography Day! Photographers across the world share their best clicks with a simple aim: to share their perspectives with the rest of the world! Our Marathi stars too turned to their cameras to celebrate the World Photography Day 2019.

Sakhee Gokhale shares a self portrait on this day. Where everyone else is busy sharing pictures of what they love or what they find attractive, this is one way of voicing ‘self-love’ loud and clear!

Sonalee Kulkarni celebrates the ‘subjects’ of photography on this special day. She shared a series of 4 pictures where the first is of Trochetia - the national flower of Mauritius that is a very rare flower, it’s only natural habitat in the world happens to be in Mauritius. The second picture is a red-whiskered Bulbul, third is a pair of monkeys and fourth a video of dolphins! Mauritius was recently ranked by the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) as having the third most endangered flora in the world. Sonalee’s post not just celebrates World Photography Day 2019, it also amplifies the awareness of environmental conservation.

Bhagyashree Mote shared a picture of herself while doing adventurous photography in a rocky and dangerous terrain. Such a passion for photography should certainly be applauded.

Priya Bapat amazed her fans with a series of pictures that endorse her as a ‘professional’ in photography. The detail with which she captured a resting tiger from the Tadoba reserve and the exquisite landscape photography at Switzerland, Ladakh and Cappadocia Turkey are laudable.
She also posted a picture with her photo partner: canon 1100d, that clicked these amazing pictures.
