Corona Go Go Go Na: Baba Sehgal And Bappi Lahiri Spread Awareness Through Their Peppy Compositions - WATCH
As when people are super stressed, worried and panicked about the novel Coronavirus that has broke into our lives, on the other side, Baba Sehgal thought of lightening the mood (we guess) by rapping a song on Coronavirus. If the viral video of a group of people chanting “Go corona, corona go” was not enough for you, well, don’t worry, we have a song better than that which is been composed by none other than Baba Sehgal and it is titled Corona -Go Go Go Na.

A few minutes ago, the rapper has shared a video of him rapping on Corona and must say it is quite innovative. This is not the first time Baba Sehgal has composed a song on this deadly virus. He has shared a song titled Namaste which was about on different ways to deal with COVID-19 and how people around the globe are adopting Indian culture 'Namaste' to greet each other amid the outbreak of the Coronavirus.

This time he brought this new song and while sharing it on his Twitter handle, he captioned it as, “Corona -go go go na. Ghar mein rehkar khatey peetey aish karo na” From the peppy lyrics to the tunes of the song, it is pretty catchy.

On similar lines, earlier, Bappi Lahiri too sang on the virus. The prolific singer-composer shared plans to release a Coronavirus-themed song in ‘Mumbai Mirror’. Take a look at the glimpse of the same below:

“The idea of making this video struck my mind when India welcomed US President Donald Trump with ‘Namaste Trump’ and when Prince Charles ditched handshakes for Namaste to greet people. I found it very catchy. The idea behind the video is to encourage people to socially distance, maintain personal hygiene and understand the importance of not touching, in a light manner. I tried to make the song relatable and soothing, something that people can easily follow. I am happy that people connected to the video so easily,” Baba told TOI.
