After an extremely hilarious and fun-loaded trailer, the first song from Sitaare Zameen Par has now been released, further teasing the fun and excitement that awaits the audience in the film. The trailer of this spiritual sequel to the 2007 superhit Taare Zameen Par received tremendous love from all around, and the first song, titled Good For Nothing, only amplifies the ever-rising excitement for the film.

Featuring Aamir Khan as Coach Gulshan, training his basketball team, Good For Nothing is a fun watch that promises a plethora of entertainment. While Coach Gulshan is seen infusing boundless energy into the training sessions, the team is shown having fun while learning. The song captures the spirit of love, laughter, a touch of aggression, hard work, and happiness, delivering an overall delightful experience. It sets the tone for an enjoyable family entertainer and further builds anticipation for the film’s release.

Good For Nothing features the amusing and lively vocals of Shankar Mahadevan and Amitabh Bhattacharya, with Neil Mukherjee on guitar and Sheldon D’Silva on bass.

Made under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions, Sitaare Zameen Par stars Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh in lead roles along with the 10 rising stars. The lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya and music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The screenplay is written By Divy Nidhi Sharma. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, with Ravi Bhagchandka as the producer. Directed by R. S. Prasanna, the film will be released in theatres only on 20th June, 2025.
