In this interview, Asees talked about the immense respect she has for her teachers who have mentored her throughout her career. She named Ustad Puran Shah Koti as a major influence in her musical journey. She also talked about her experience working with Badshah and Tanishk Bagchi in Bollywood and how she was surprised to see the rapper in the studio when she went to record for "Chandigarh Mein".
