Punjabi heartthrob Diljit Dosanjh and YouTube sensation Lilly Singh has taken the social media by storm after a comical video of them have gone viral. In the video, Diljit and Lilly have tried to show what happens when two Punjabis meet and greet each other. In the video, Lilly seems to be shaking hands with the foreigners very formally, but when she sees Diljit, she starts talking to him in Punjabi.
Last week, on Friday, Lilly who is popularly known as Superwoman took to her official Instagram handle to share the video. She captioned the image as: “When you meet someone from the motherland… This is definitely how Punjabis greet each other, complete with a five-minute long hand-holding session and family tree check-in. To be honest, Diljit and I aren’t even acting… someone was just rolling when we met up.”
On the other hand, Diljit also shared the same post on his official Insta handle. He captioned the post as "Toronto Di Lilly Te DosanjhanWala...When Two Punjabis meet."
On the work front, Diljit Dosanjh has two next big releases in Bollywood, ‘Arjun Patiala’ and ‘Good News’. In Arjun Patiala, Diljit will be seen playing the role of a police officer. The film also features actors like Varun Sharma and Kriti Sanon in the lead.
And on the other hand, ‘Good News’stars Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor and Kiara Advani in lead roles. The movie is going to be released on September 6, 2019.
