Pollywood singer Harrdy Sandhu is on cloud nine as his Bollywood debut film ‘83’ is all set to hit the box office this Christmas. The film casts many talented actors including Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Ammy Virk and of course Harrdy Sandhu. The singer will be seen portraying the character of veteran cricketer Madan Lal, who played a vital role in achieving the victory in India’s 1983 World Cup.

The trailer of ‘83’ has totally blown the minds of the viewers. It has shown a small glimpse of every Indian player who played a vital role in 1983 World Cup Cricket. Harrdy Sandhu’s entire look and his performance has Madan Lal has stolen millions of hearts. The artist has received buckets of applauds from his fans. Recently, Harrdy Sandhu took to his social media handle and posted a BTS picture from the film ‘83’. In the picture, you can see the star looking dapper slipping in the character of the veteran cricketer. The film ‘83’ is directed by Kabir Khan and Harrdy Sandhu got the chance to be starred in the film with the help of Ammy Virk who let Harrdy meet Kabir. Harrdy was asked to portray the style of bowling done by Madan Lal and he has done exactly the same and sent the audition video to the makers of the film.

The film is bankrolled by Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan, Vishnuvardhan Induri, Sajid Nadiadwala and Madhu Mantena Varma.
