Rubina Bajwa And Akhil To Share Screen Space Together In Priti Sapru's Directorial 'Tere Mere Gal Ban Gayi'
Priti Sapru took to her social media handle to share the pictures from the mahurat of her upcoming directorial ‘Teri Meri Gal Ban Gayi’
The first female director of Pollywood, Priti Sapru is back with her next directorial ‘Teri Meri Gal Ban Gayi’ after a gap of 14 years. ‘Khaab’ fame singer Akhil to make his acting debut with this movie. The film is slated to release next year i.e. 2020. Rubina Bajwa will be sharing screen space with Akhil for the first time. They are the lead actors in the film.
Besides Akhil and Rubina Bajwa, the movie will star Priti Sapru, Guggu Gill, Karamjit Anmol, Nirmal Rishi, Malkit Rauni, Harby Sangha, Puneet Isser, Gurpreet Bhangu, Meet Kaur, Alka Kaushal and Tej Sapru.

According to Etimes report, Priti said that she wanted to tell a story worth the audiences’ time and cinema is a powerful medium that has a long-term influence on the audience.
Talking about the lead cast, Akhil initially said no to the film but later Priti narrated the story to him and the singer felt a direct connection with the character.
On the other hand, Rubina had two major reasons for signing the movie. Firstly, the character fascinated her, and another reason is she loves Akhil’s songs. Rubina will be seen playing a girl who dominates her boyfriend, which according to her will be fun.
