Punjabi film lovers are now on cloud nine as most-anticipated Punjabi films are gearing up to hit the box office this year. A couple of weeks back, Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa starrer ‘Puaada’ stolen hearts in the theatres and the trailer of ‘Qismat 2’ starring Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta, came up. Amid this, Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta and Nimrat Khaita starrer much-awaited film ‘Saunkan Saunkne’ got its release date. Yes! The film is going to hit the theatres on April 12, 2022.
Acclaimed actor and director Amberdeep Singh recently took to his social media and announced the release date ‘Saunkan Saunkne’. Amberdeep has penned the worry of this romantic comedy. Along with the poster, he wrote, “Note one more date .. 14th April 2022 .. I can bet.. it will be the most hilarious film of 2022 .. @ammyvirk @sargunmehta @nimratkhairaofficial”
The announcement of the film was made long back. The shooting was initiated in the year 2020 and due to the pandemic situation, the release date was postponed. For the first time, Pollywood’s noted singer and actress Nimrat Khaira will be sharing the screen with famous Punjabi Jodi Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta.
Coming to the credits, Amrjit Singh Saron has helmed the film. Desi Crew’s music and Ravi Kumar Sana’s cinematography is mentionable. The film is bankrolled by Naad Films, Dreamiyata pvt ltd, JR Productions and Amberdeep Productions.
