Malayalam Actor And Filmmaker Dileep Accused By The Actress Of Manipulating The Trial, Former Wants Kerala CM To Quash The Case Against Him
As reported in Bollywoodlife.com Malayalam actor and filmmaker Dileep who has come under the radar for sexual assault and kidnapping for an actress, has been accused him of manipulating the trial. The actress penned in her plea to Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan to take a note of it. Her plea was presented in the last week of Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) VN Anilkumar professional tenure. The plea mentioned protesting the attitude of Judge Honey Verghese. This is the second time SSP has left the case midway, due to the impartiality of the judge.

The actor-filmmaker was accused of paying Pulsar Suni to abduct the victim and sexually assault her as well. The actress also sent a copy of her plea to the Kerala Director General of Police (DGP). The actress' plea came after filmmaker, Balachandrakumar who was a former friend of Dileep, stated Pulsar and Dileep were on good terms. Balachandrakumar also added accused tried to influence the key witness, Sagar Vincent.  Responding to this, Dileep stated that Deputy Superintendent of Police Baiju Paulose purposely got him into picture Balachandrakumar as a witness to save Baiju Paulose’s reputation.

The petition reads: “The above officer seems to have realised by sitting in the Court throughout the examination of witnesses that the defense could successfully bring on record the falsity of allegations levelled against the petitioner in his final report and dishonest acts of himself and his team during investigation is exposed during the trial.”

It seems the officer is scared that if the presiding officer who recorded the evidence of 202 witnesses is allowed to pass a verdict in the matter it will affect his career which he has deliberately built up using false propaganda in media. All the witnesses to prove his (Baiju Paulose) conclusions incorporated in the final report had exhausted and his stock of witnesses to prove the false allegations against the petitioner (Dileep) got over.” ALSO READ: Jayasurya-Starrer Malayalam Film, Kathanar Brings Technology Never Used Before In Indian Cinema
