Beast: Shoot Resumes In July For Thalapathy Vijay's Upcoming High Octane Action Drama
Tamil superstar Vijay's most anticipated film "Beast" is finally going on floors soon. The filmmaker who has been teasing the excited fans finally gave an update on the film.

Recently the Beast movie's official Twitter account posted a statement on the film's shooting. The tweet said,"#Beast 2nd schedule shoot will start from July 1st in Chennai. #Thalapathy & #Poojahegde portions to be shot". 


The film's shooting was delayed due to the second wave of COVID-19 but the Tamil Nadu government has planned to relax the lockdown a bit and has given permission to filmmakers and actors to shoot their movies with safety precautions. The film which was mainly known as "Thalapathy 65" got its official title name and first look on the occasion of Vijay's birthday. The studio Sun Pictures staggered the waiting fans by dropping the poster in which Vijay was seen in an intense look with a rifle in his hand on their Twitter account on 21st June 2021. After seeing the good news Thalapathy Vijay's fans were happy to get an update on the film.

Beast is an upcoming Tamil-language action film written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film is produced by Sun Pictures and it stars Vijay and Pooja Hegde in lead roles with Yogi Babu, Shine Tom Chacko, VTV Ganesh and Aparna Das in supporting roles.
