Valimai Motion Poster Out: Ajith Kumar Looks Stylish And Charismatic As Ever
The update that we had been waiting for is finally here. Valimai official motion poster is out. The poster, shared by producer Boney Kapoor, is everything Ajith’s fans would have wanted -- it reads ‘Power is a state of mind’ and showcases Ajith in a stylish avatar. Thala is, by the looks of it, playing a charismatic police officer in the movie.

The motion poster was earlier scheduled to release on Ajith’s 50th birthday on May 1. And because of this delay, fans had been bombarding the social media with trends asking for an update on Valimai.

Produced by Boney Kapoor, Valimai is directed by H Vinoth who has previously worked with Ajith Kumar in Nerkonda Paarvai. Valimai also stars Bollywood actor Huma Qureshi, Kartikeya Gummakonda, Pearle Maaney and Yogi Babu in pivotal roles.
Boney Kapoor had released a statement earlier this year in which he stated the reasons for the delay of Valimai’s first look.

“We had announced that we would be releasing the First Look of our film Valimai on May 1, 2021 to coincide with Shri Ajith Kumar’s 50th birthday. At the time of making the announcement, none of us had even anticipated that the 2nd wave of Corona Virus would spread across India like a tsunami. At this moment, lakhs of Indians are affected by financial hardship and emotional trauma due to loss of family members and friends,” the statement read.

Ajith was last seen in Nerkonda Paarvai, a remake of the Bollywood film Pink. The movie opened to positive reviews -- both from critics and audience.
