Nagarjuna Apologises As His Bodyguard Roughly Pushes Away His Specially-Abled Fan At The Mumbai Airport; Says, ‘This Shouldn’t Have Happened’
Actor Nagarjuna, who has made a name for himself by working in the Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi entertainment industries, enjoys a huge fan base. He was brutally trolled by the netizens on Sunday for his ignorant behaviour. After a long time, he was spotted at the Mumbai airport along with Dhanush. As they were walking out of the airport, a specially-abled fan, who reportedly works at one of the stalls there, rushed in to greet the actor. However, in order to protect the actor, his bodyguard roughly manhandled and pushed the fans. The force of the push led to the fan falling on the floor. In the now-viral video, it is seen that the actor isn’t aware what his bodyguard did.

As soon as the video was published on X (formerly known as Twitter) by Viral Bhayani with the caption, “Where has humanity gone? #nagarjuna,” netizens rushed in criticised the actor for his ignorance and for not reprimanding the bodyguard. On Monday morning, he took to his official handle to apologise and share that the incident just came to his notice. He tweeted, “This just came to my notice … this shouldn’t have happened!! I apologise to the gentleman and will take necessary precautions that it will not happen in the future!!”

Netizens rushed in to the comment section to share their opinions. While many criticised him for the ‘inhumane behaviour’ of his bodyguard, others suggested that the 64-year-old actor must visit the fan and apologise to them. On wrote, “ Also ensure sir that if you go by that area, meet that gentleman who’s super old and came to just see you…probably wrong manner but the behaviour of your bodyguard was horrible…the public consider actors as their icons and while not always could you notice them, atleast can behave nicely with them if nothing (unless if they cross their line with misbehaviour).”

On the work front, Nagarjuna will be next seen in Kubera along with Dhanush, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh. According to media reports, the actors arrived in Mumbai for the shoot of the film. Produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, the film will be made in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
