Travelling within the city amidst all the road construction and round the clock traffic can be exhausting for us all and in times like these its prudent to hop into public transport and actress Shruti Haasan, recently did just that. Ditching her car while recently travelling to Madh island for a shoot, Shruti took an auto rickshaw and a jetty instead to overcome the peak hour traffic.
“Not only was it a smart decision but one which Shruti thoroughly enjoyed. She took a richshaw ride after years and loved the experience and has in fact decided to opt for it more often. It not only saves times but is also a better option keeping our environment in mind. It also enables her to get to shoots on time so its a win-win for all.” adds a source
