Production No.7: On Mrunal Thakur's Birthday, Her First Look As Sita From Dulquer Salmaan's Next Revealed By The Makers
Murnal is all set to make her Telugu debut opposite south super star Dulquer Salmaan. The actress will be seen romancing the Karwan actor for the first time. The yet-untitled film will also release in Malayalam and Tamil.
Mrunal Thakur turned 29 on Sunday and on the special occasion, the makers of her forthcoming film tentatively titled Production No.7, co-starring Dulquer Salmaan, unveiled her first look from the movie. The untitled marks Mrunal and Dulquer Salmaan's first film together. In the brand new poster of the film, the actress can be seen sporting a retro look. She looks gorgeous in a green saree while watching Dulquer click a picture through a mirror. Mrunal's character name is Sita while Dulquer will be seen as Lieutenant Ram. Directed by filmmaker director Hanu Raghavapudi and produced by Swapna Cinemas the film is presented by Vyjayanthi Movies. While Vishal Chandrasekar has been roped in as the music composer. Sharing Mrunal's first look from the film, her co-star Dulquer wrote on Instagram, “Proud to Introduce @mrunalthakur as Sita Happy birthday Sita garu !!! ..You are gonna conquer hearts !! It’s been a joy and such a blast shooting with you ! Hope you have the most special and wonderful birthday and an even better year!
Mrunal will be making her debut in Telugu cinema with this film while, this will be Dulquer's second Telugu film after Mahanati which released in 2018. The makers had also released the first look of Dulquer Salmaan as Lieutenant Ram, on the actor's birthday. The 35 year old actor looked every bit charming in a yellow sweater, as he holds a letter in his hands, while he sits backward5 on a bicycle.
The actress is on a roll, she is currently garnering praise for her role in the recently released film Toofan starring Farhan Akhtar. Earlier the 29-year old actress has shared screen space with Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham in Super 30 and Batla House respectively. The untitled film of Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur is one of the highly anticipated films of the year.The film is said to be a love saga with a war in the 60s backdrop.
