South superstar Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni are all set to embrace parenthood for the first time. The couple is expecting their first child after ten years of their happy married life. Last year in December, Ram and Upasana announced their pregnancy with a cute Instagram post. There were speculations that the couple might be planning to welcome their firstborn in the USA after Charan appeared on the daytime talk show 'Good Morning America'. Now, Upasana has cleared the air on the same.

Taking to her Twitter handle, she penned a note where she confirmed that she will be delivering her first child in India. She also revealed that the esteemed foreign gynaecologist will join the duo of Dr Rooma Sinha and Dr Sumana Manohar for her delivery. Upasana tweeted, “I am thrilled to have our first baby delivered in our home country - India, surrounded by a world class medical OB/GYN team at The Apollo Hospitals, including Dr Sumana Manohar, Dr Rooma Sinha and now Dr Jennifer Ashton from the Good Morning America Show. The speculations regarding Upasana delivering her first child in the US began after Ram Charan asked for Dr Jennifer Ashton’s contact details on Good Morning America. The actor had said, “I am glad I met you. I will be taking your number. My wife is going to be in the US for a while.”

For the unversed, Ram Charan and Upasana got married on June 14, 2012, and the duo is thrilled to experience parenthood phase after ten years of their marital bliss.
