Popular South actress Kajal Aggarwal announced her pregnancy with her husband Gautham Kitchlu by sharing a photo of herself on New Year. In the picture, she was seen happily flaunting her baby bump. Kajal is making the most of her pregnancy phase and she keeps sharing her pictures and videos with her fans. Kajal is giving major fitness goals to other pregnant women’s during this time as she shared her fitness video where she does an intense workout. 


Sharing the video on her Instagram handle, mom-to-be Kajal laid stress on the importance of workout during pregnancy. She also revealed how regular exercise has helped her become a healthier and fitter version of herself. Showing a mix of barre exercises and pilates in a comfy sportswear, Kajal penned a long note with her video. The post read, "I have always been a very active person and worked out my whole life. Pregnancy is a different ball game! The actress added, "Pilates and barre helped my body change for the better pre and through my pregnancy. This transformative approach has me feeling stronger, longer and leaner. The goal of aerobic conditioning in pregnancy should be to maintain a good fitness level throughout without trying to reach peak fitness."


Notably, it wasn’t a long ago when Kajal had slammed trollers who body-shamed her for gaining weight during pregnancy. She gave a befitting reply to the trollers saying that these changes are natural and while we are struggling to cope with all the new additions, we don’t need to feel abnormal.
