Television personalities Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyya have been working in the television industry for years now. They often take to their official social media handles to share glimpses of their life together as well as their professional achievements. They are currently hosting a podcast which is graced by other celebrities, who get together and talk about their experiences. The couple recently opened up about the observation of how toxic and unhealthy the television work environment is.

During their chat with Manoj Bajpayee and Prachi Desai, on their podcast, spoke about how actors, the majority of the members of the television industry, and filmmakers deal with an unhealthy work environment. Haarsh, who was initially a part of the industry as a scriptwriter, explained how he witnessed many creative people including the directors suffer from heart attacks. ALSO READ: THROWBACK! Quoted by the Bollywood Shaadis, the 37-year-old comedian shared, “I have seen so many directors, creative people getting heart attacks, and many other health issues because you are not sleeping at all. You are smoking and drinking tea the whole time. Eating the same food that’s available on set. You are suffering from acidity and you can’t control it.” ALSO READ: DID YOU KNOW? Bharti went on to add how she has often seen many actresses coming on the sets with IV drips attached to their arms as their shooting process wasn’t over. She expresses how they couldn’t even take a break or go back home. She added, “I have seen girls on the set of daily soaps who are sitting with a drip in their arm because they couldn’t go home.”

Having made a name for herself with her comedy, Bharti Singh became a household name because of her famous character ‘Lalli’ in the comedy-based reality show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge season 4. From then on she achieved new heights of success and rose to fame by participating in various reality shows as a host and well as a participant. She tied the knot with Harsh Limbachiyaa in December 2021 and welcomed their son Laksh, nicknamed Golla in 2022. The comedian worked continuously throughout her pregnancy until her very last month.
