In 2016, Vahbiz Dorabjee split with Vivian Dsena. The exact reason for the split was never told but speculations were rife that it’s Vahbiz’s closeness with Saheb Biwi Aur Boss actor Vipul Roy, which led to the rift. However, when SpotboyE,com had gone digging, 3 years back, about the couple’s separation, their friends and close family told us that they duo married in haste. In fact, we had also spoken to Vipul about it, who had denied any involvement in Vahbiz and Vivian’s split. He had even said he would feel uncomfortable around Vahbiz after these speculations.
It’s been 3 years now, but the couple is still not officially divorced. Not that reconciliation is in the pipeline, like it is in case of Amit and Ruby Tandon (reported this morning). Buzz is that the procedure is held up due to a heavy alimony.

HT Cafe got in touch with Vahbiz to know if there is any truth in these reports and the actress cleverly answered the question, revealing and not revealing the reason. “A wife can rightfully ask for 20% of her husband’s wealth but I don’t want to comment on what I have asked for or what he wants. I am surprised at these kind of reactions as if this is the first celebrity couple divorce. Why are people so astonished (about alimony)?” Vahbiz told the leading daily.

The Bahu Humari Rajinikant actress further says that many stories have been written about her and it doesn’t affect her anymore, “There are many stories floating around that assassinate my character or blame only me for it (the divorce). There is no truth to any of the rumours about me. There are reasons other than money as well. It is hurtful that people would even think so. A marriage and a divorce is between two people. Only they know the truth. Things can’t go wrong just because of one person.”
