Aamna Sharif was shooting at a stone-throwing distance from our office in Powai. She was looking a million bucks as usual. Over hot cups of tea, we settled across each other to have a candid chat.
I was meeting her after nearly 16 years and we still have a lot to catch up upon. This meeting revolved largely around she talking about her joy of coming back after 4 years. Who can forget her stupendous performance in Ekta Kapoor's Ek Villain, wherein she played Ritesh Deshmukh's wife? SEE THE VIDEO INTERVIEW BELOW.
We touched upon the lovely memories of Ekta's Kahiin Toh Hoga wherein she set the screen on fire as Kashish, her break from work after marriage and motherhood and her return to Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. We also asked her about Hina Khan who earlier played Komolika. The actress is now also looking into the web space and would love to do more films as well.
