Abhinav Shukla SACKED OVERNIGHT Controversy: Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka Makers OWE Over 10 LAKH To The Actor- EXCLUSIVE
Abhinav Shukla has been making headlines of late, as the actor has been sacked overnight from his show, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka. He has taken the producers to the court for terminating his service without giving notice. We spoke to his lawyer, who revealed the exorbitant dues which forced Abhinav to take the legal route
Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka producers- Comall and Sunjoy Waddhwa from Sphere Origins and actor Abhinav Shukla have got into a legal scuffle. It was reported a day back, how Abhinav's services were terminated overnight, as a result of which Shukla dragged the producers to court over breach of contract and non-payment of dues.
We got in touch with Abhinav Shukla's lawyer, Suvigya Vidyarthi to know more about the case. Amidst out conversation, actor's lawyer told us that the producers owe over Rs 10 Lakh to Abhinav.
He further said, "The jury of CINTAA had come to a conclusion, which was a bit less to the actual amount which is due. It was more of a settlement. But the producers did not adhere to that as well. They are trying to pressurise my client through various means."
We also asked Abhinav's lawyer as to why the actor was shown the door overnight, in spite of his contract saying that a month's notice will be given to him in case of termination, which is when Vidyarthi told us that the producers had falsely told the channel that Abhinav is unavailable for shoot.
The case will be heard in the court in February, post the argument, an FIR will be filed. For those who've come in late, Abhinav has not been given his dues for the month of October and November. After trying every way to get his money out from them, Abhinav decided to file a case against the producers, Comall and Sunjoy Wadhwa from Sphere Origins.
