After Mahabharat, Nitish Bhardwaj's Vishnu Puran To Be Re-Telecast- EXCLUSIVE
Ever since the lockdown has been announced in India, a lot of TV shows are being re-run to entertain the audience, among which maximum are mythological shows, which are being re-telecast to spread positivity.

Ramayan and Mahabharata's come back on Doordarshan was a huge hit, followed by Shree Krishna. Ramayan, in fact, became the most watched show in the world, beating HBO's famous fictional series, Game Of Thrones.

Keeping up with the trend of re-introducing mythological shows to the janta, SpotboyE.com has learnt that B.R.Chopra's Vishnu Puran, starring Nitish Bhardwaj as Vishnu and Vaidehi Amrute as Lakshmi, will hit the TV screens soon. The show which went on-air in 2000 will get re-telecast on Zee TV.

The series is based on the Vishnu Purana, an ancient collection of stories and scripture. Vishnu Puran tells of 10 incarnations of Vishnu, as well as other stories, such as the Legend of Dhruva.
