After Parth Samthaan Tests Positive For COVID-19, Crew On Sets Of Kumkum Bhagya, Pavitra Bhagya, Kundali Bhagya Asked To Vacate Immediately
On Sunday evening, Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2's Anurag Basu AKA Parth Samthaan tested positive for Coronavirus. The actor took to his Instagram account and informed his fans and followers that he has mild symptoms. After the news broke in, the shoot of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 which resumed some days back came to a halt, as reported by ABP News. Even Ekta Kapoor shared an official statement on social media, mentioning that their first priority is to protect their talent, crew and employees. Having said that, the latest development suggests that other shows' shoots including Kumkum Bhagya, Pavitra Bhagya and Kundali Bhagya have been suspended. 

According to TOI reports, all the four shows are shot at the same studios and they were asked to vacate the premises immediately after Parth's test. A source from the set of Kumkum Bhagya told the portal that they packed just before the lunch break was announced. However, it was only after they reached home, they got to know that Parth was tested positive for COVID-19. While another source associated with Pavitra Bhagya told the portal, “The cast and crew shot for the show during the first half of the day. They dispersed for lunch and were waiting to be called to the floor to shoot again. However, they were asked to pack up and leave for home immediately. No one was given any reason for the early pack-up. The unit vacated the premises within 15 minutes.” 
 
Talking about Kundali Bhagya, a source that they were asked to pack up around 3 pm. “It was quite abrupt and we had no clue as to why the shoot was wrapped up before schedule. We learnt about Parth testing positive for coronavirus only after we reached home. It is assumed that the shoot will be suspended for about four to five days till it’s safe to resume work," the source added.
