After Testing COVID-19 Positive, Bigg Boss 8 Winner Gautam Gulati Reveals His Regime; "I Inhale Steam Regularly And Gargle With Salt And Turmeric'
Bigg Boss 8 winner Gautam Gulati tested positive for COVID-19 a couple of days ago in London. The actor currently is in quarantine and revealed that he will be coming back to India once the flights are resumed
Many were overjoyed to bid the disastrous 2020 goodbye and are hoping for the best in 2021. Amidst this, the 2021 year did not start on a happening note for one person and he is Bigg Boss 8 winner Gautam Gulati who got diagnosed with the novel Coronavirus a couple of days ago. To announce the same, he took to his Instagram and shared a picture, sitting at home and wrote ‘COVID sucks’. Since then he has been under complete isolation and is steadily recovering in London but in the recent interview, he revealed that he will be coming back to India once the flights are resumed.
Talking about his COVID diagnosis, he said, “I am an early riser, as I like to start my day with a workout. However, recently, I woke up with a body ache and felt weak. It didn’t subside even after four days. When I lost my sense of taste, I knew it was COVID. I underwent a rapid test, which came positive.” However, with the fear of the new COVID-1, India has banned flights from the UK. Speaking about the same, “The flights are resuming from January 8. Even if there isn’t a direct flight to India, I will fly back home via a connecting flight.”
He even mentioned that he takes all the necessary precautions by spraying sanitiser on everything before and after use. Keeping himself healthy and safe, he said, “I inhale steam regularly and gargle with salt and turmeric in warm water. I eat right and healthy. I am also taking multivitamins and other supplements.”
Meanwhile, Gautam Gulati will be next seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai alongside Salman Khan. Reportedly, he will also play a parallel lead in Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui also starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor.
