Actor Ajaz Khan, who rose to fame with his stint in the Bigg Boss 7 house, has become synonymous with controversies over the years. His most recent one landed him in jail after he passed objectionable remarks and hate speech during his Instagram live session. However, this isn’t the first time when Ajaz got arrested due to his controversial nature and antics. In the past, the actor has been at the receiving end of criticism for several times. Here’s a rundown of some of the most famous Ajaz Khan controversies.
1: For possession of banned drugs
In the year 2018 as well Ajaz Khan was held behind the bars by Navi Mumbai Police’s Anti-Narcotics Cell for alleged possession of banned drugs. He was arrested from a hotel in Belapur for reportedly having eight tables of a prohibited drug ‘ecstasy’ that is mostly used in rave parties.
2: Accused of sending an obscene picture and filthy to a woman
In the year 2016, the reality TV star was arrested by Malwani police for allegedly sharing dirty picture and filthy messages to a hairstylist over a messaging app. Ajaz, in fact, was also produced before a court and got eventually released on cash bail. A police official back then had revealed, "We also added a section under Information Technology act apart from sections 509 (word, gesture, act to outrage modesty of women), 504 (intentional insult) of the Indian Penal Code.”
3: For his controversial video on TikTok
Ajaz Khan was put behind the bars in 2019 by the Cyber Cell for making and sharing a controversial video on the popular social networking app of TikTok. He was arrested under section 153A (promoting enmity) and section 67 (transmitting obscene material in electronic form). He was accused of sharing objectionable videos with the intent to promote division between different groups on the basis of religion.
4: For bashing Amitabh Bachchan

Last but, we guess, not the least, Ajaz Khan was held by the Mumbai Police for some remarks of him during his Insta live that, as per a section of netizens, were said with an intention to spread communal hatred. Ajaz was arrested on April 18, that is, last Saturday.
