Akanksha Singh and Mika Singh were recently stuck on Mumbai roads during heavy rains as their car broke down in a waterlogged area. Here is what Akanksha has to say about the incident
Akanksha Puri and Mika Singh, who were stuck on the roads due to the recent heavy rains and floods in the city, thank the people who helped them get back home safely.

“We were stuck in traffic for more than 2 hours and it was pouring heavily. Things were really getting bad and it was getting very tedious. At the same moment, our car broke down. But we were lucky enough to be helped by fellow Mumbaikars. The people who helped us had no roof over them but still loved their unity and spirit. She added, "This is why I love Mumbai and am proud to be called a Mumbaikar as people here are ready to help when the situation gets worse."
The duo was traveling back after attending a function and did not expect things to get worse.
Well, what a lovely gesture it was by the people who helped Akanksha Puri and Mika Singh to get out of a troubled situation.
