Actress Anjali Arora, who previously came into the spotlight due to an MMS controversy, is now taking legal action against numerous media portals and YouTube channels. She has initiated a defamation case, alleging that these platforms tarnished her image by sharing the video. Anjali has already filed an FIR, leading to an official police investigation into the matter.

The saga started in August 2022 when a video, purportedly of Anjali Arora, circulated online, depicting her in an objectionable position. Multiple portals asserted the woman was her. However, countering her critics, the actress clarified that the video was manipulated in an attempt to defame her.

Reports suggest that the actress was shattered to know the news about the morphed MMS video that claims to be her due to which she faced depression for a long period of time. She claims that this was done to tarnish her image and finally, after registering an FIR in the matter, an investigation is carried out by the cops.

Anjali gained prominence through her participation in the reality show Lock Upp, hosted by Kangana Ranaut. Her connection with co-contestant Munawar Faruqui stirred headlines, but the duo clarified any misconceptions about their relationship shortly after the show concluded.

The actress has been part of several music videos and commands a substantial fan base on social media platforms.
