This morning, Ankita Lokhande took everyone by surprise by going live on social media early in the morning. That's right, she was live on Instagram in the morning and that too for a wonderful reason. She woke up to do meditation and talking about the importance and significance of the same, she went live, telling her fans how meditation has helped her health and what calming effect it has on her. She even mentioned that from January 2020 she has been meditating and now it is going to be a year for her. Talking about her meditation journey, she said that earlier it was challenging to sit for a minute, but over time, it has evolved and now she can sit for an hour.
According to the Pavitra Rishta actor, she has a tough year and meditation has helped her to keep calm as it was a life-changing experience for her. While sharing the IGTV on her page, she captioned it with, "Powerful Thoughts Thanku everyone for joining on this meditation conversation". Motivating her fans, she said that 2021 might also bring some different experiences and everyone should be ready to face it. Later, cryptically, Lokhande said that she has nothing to say about those people who have talked about her as they have their own thoughts and thought process which badly hurts but also asserted that she will be okay. She said that she is a strong woman and people who don't like her can unfollow her.
