Anupamaa Actress Rupali Ganguly Bonds With Reel-Life Son Paras Kalnawat; Lovingly Calls Him 'Laddooram' - PIC
Star Plus' Anupamaa is among one of the most loved shows of television, so much so, that it's now ruling the TRP charts by taking over a lot of popular shows. The show chronicles the life of a middle-aged mom, played by Rupali Ganguly, and the kind of struggles she faces on both personal and professional levels. Well, it goes without saying that an actor often ends up bonding with certain co-stars and the case of Rupali and her reel-life son Paras is no different. Taking to his Instagram, Paras showered love on his Anupamaa in a heartfelt post. The actress was quick to reciprocate.

The picture shared by Paras was clicked on the sets of their show and sees him fondly holding Rupali from behind. The actress was clad in her character, while Paras looked dapper in a blue tee. His caption read, "Mummy Ki Dua Sirf Waqt Hi Nahi Naseeb Bhi Badal Deti Hai.Never Ending Love For Mummy.@rupaliganguly #Anupamaa #ParasKalnawat #Blue #Twinning #Actor #SamarShah #India #Mumbai #OnSet #Mummy #Maa."

Soon after, Rupali reposted the same picture on her Instagram and called him, "Mera Laddooram," followed with a heart emoticon. A fan complimented the reel-life mother and son duo by commenting, "The understanding between Anupama and Samar if exist in the world between every mother and son.. No mother would be there in the old-age home.. Your characters are a very good example to be followed.. Love you guys."

Anupamaa's producer Rajan Shahi, in an interview with Telly Chakkar, opened up on the kind of hurdles he faced before creating the show. "The biggest question was would the audience want to watch a show which talks about a housewife who is middle-aged mother. 99 percent of the people told me that I will go for a flop. I was suggested that nobody would be interested to watch a middle-aged housewife and the turmoils of a mother but that is when the conviction comes. I never thought I would receive such kind of response not only in India but also internationally. The show has become a cult. Anupamaa is called the trendsetter of 2020," said the producer.
