Anupamaa's Aneri Vajani Aka Malvika On Missing From Rupali Ganguly Starrer; 'My Character Was Always A Cameo'
Anupamaa's Aneri Vajani aka Malvika opens up on missing from Rupali Ganguly starrer
Anupamaa starring Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey, Gaurav Khanna and madalsa Sharma is high on drama and entertainment. Aneri Vajani is also a part of the show. She essays the role of Anuj Kapadia's sister malvika. However, for the past few episodes, Aneri has been missing from the show. Currently, her character is on a break and the focus is on Anupamaa and Anuj Kapadia's love story. In a recent interview, Aneri opened up about missing from the show.
Speaking to ETimes, Aneri stated that she only signed up for a cameo and at the end of the it's Anupamaa's show.
She said, "People forget that at the end of the day, it is Anupamaa's show, so Mukku can't always be around. My character was always a cameo, so I am happy with whatever I was dished out." The actress added, "The character started as a cameo and we received good feedback. But, with time passing, maybe, viewers were not able to digest the fact that Malvika could fall in love with Sudhanshu's character. The script was written in such a way that as time goes by, Mukku falls in love with Vanraj and there are more twists and turns."
She went on to add, "My character was also such that she was moody and did things spontaneously. So initially, people liked her, therefore I don't have anything to complain about."
