Star Plus’ television serial Anupamaa has been raking in all the love from audiences ever since it started airing in 2020. Starring Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, Apara Mehta and Gaurav Khanna, the show tops the BARC ratings every week. It enjoys a huge fan base on social media as well, however, the ongoing track of the show has left the audience with mixed reactions. In the last few episodes, Malti Devi is trying to separate Anuj and Anu, Pakhi has been acting rude towards everyone and Dimpy has started to get closer to Tapish.

Today’s episode starts with Malti Devi and Vanraj doing the aarti at the Kapadia and Shah house, respectively. After the pooja, Vanraj informs everyone that he will be departing to go to a rehab facility for his treatment so that he can come back stronger and take care of everything. Baa tries to stop him by telling him that even Toshu is leaving, but Kavya asks her to let him go. All her attempts are futile as he leaves after promising to come back soon. On the other hand, Anu and Anuj light up the dance academy with diyas. As they reminisce about old times and click selfies, Dimpy witnesses them and gets sad. She goes away to light more diyas and Tapish comes there to help her. He handles her when she faints. After a few back and forth, Dimpy begins crying in Samar’s memory. In order to console her, Tapish tells her to assume he is a teddy bear who will just keep her company. Dimpy smiles and Anu watches their interaction. The next morning, Malti Devi gets miffed seeing Anu, Romil, Anuj and Ankush cooking together. As Romil tries to ask Anu about Malti Devi’s rude behaviour towards her, she brushes off all his concerns. Later it is seen that Pakhi gets super excited upon seeing a jewelAdhik if he bought it for her, he clarifies that he bought it for Dimpy as a Bhai Dooj gift. Dimpy gets furious and states that Dimpy has no use for new jewellery since she is a widow. Anu overhears this a lashes out at her daughter for using such blunt words. When Pakhi defends herself and says that she is only stating the truth, Anu asks her how she would feel if people called her infertile in front of her face under the pretext of stating the truth. Pakhi goes on to say how her mother’s words have hurt her. Anu says that even she didn’t like saying it but she needs to know the impact her words have on people. After suggesting that she should show herself to a doctor, Anu tells her that Dimpy is allowed to do everything that girls her age do.

In the upcoming episode, Baa accuses Dimpy of moving on too fast after Samar’s death. As Anu takes a stand for her daughter-in-law, the arguments between Baa and Dimpy escalate to the point where the older woman faints from stress. This leaves everyone worried.
