Anupamaa SPOILER ALERT 22 January 2024: Anu Falls Unconscious As She Gets Stuck In A Fire At The Restaurant; Anuj Has A Nightmare About Her Being In Danger
Starring Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khanna, Aurra Bhatnagar, Sudhanshu Pandey, and others, Anupamaa is one of the most-watched shows on Star Plus. Produced by Rajan Shahi, the serial has started receiving mixed reactions from viewers due to its repetitive and monotonous storyline. Today’s episode starts with  Kinjay giving Anu her contact information and telling her to call her. Anu and Kinjal get emotional as they bid each other goodbye. After Kinjal and Pari leave, Yashdeep comes to Anu and asks her about them. She tells him that that was her daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Anuj thinks about Devika’s words. Shruti comes there to talk to him and asks him to tell her what is bothering him.

Anuj tells Shruti that he is just worried about Aadhya. As Shruti tries to pacify him, Anuj asks her about Joshi ben again, however, he gets distracted because of his employee. Shruti starts worrying and thinks that Anuj’s silence might bring a storm into their life. Anupamaa holds Aadhya, who is about to fall while peeping inside the restaurant. Aadhya gets upset and schools Anu by telling her that her father and Shruti are very happy. She even questions why Anu came to America, away from her home, despite running a successful cooking channel. Anu tells her that she is clueless as to why her destiny brought her to America. 


Back at the Shah house, as Dimpy serves everyone food, Ansh tells Baa that Ishaani wants to join his school. He declares that he will not go to school if Ishaani comes with him as she is a crybaby. Ishaani promises him that she won’t cry. Mahi tells Ansh not to talk about his sister like that. As Ansh and Mahi exchange words, Kavya and Pakhi too get involved. Dimpy also scolds Ansh for talking to Ishaani and Mahi rudely. Mahi even tells Ansh that if he misbehaves, Vanraj will send him to the hostel. Pakhi tells Ishaani to stay away from Mahi, Kavya tells her not to mix poison in the kids’ hearts. Vanraj sides with Pakhi.

As the episode comes to an end, Anu realises that there has been a short circuit in the restaurant. She asks KD to go outside and call for help while she saves the kitchen. However, the fire just keeps spreading. Anu desperately calls Yashdeep to inform him of the same and then faints. On the other hand, Anuj starts feeling restless in his sleep and calls out to a doctor to help save Anu’s life. Shruti and Aadhya get concerned and start waking up Anuj. The fire brigade arrives and gets to work. Yashdeep searches for Anu and brings her home, where Beeji takes care of her.
