In the upcoming episode of ‘Anupamaa’, we will see that Shahs and Kapadias gear up to celebrate Makar Sankranti together. Malvika decides to experiment with her look and drapes a saree. But she tells Anupamaa that she feels very uncomfortable in saree, remembering how on her wedding day too, she was struggling with it. In fact, Anu too wears a saree to encourage her, and they both team it up with sneakers.
At the Shah house, Pakhi talks to her father Vanraj about going abroad for her further studies. Just when Anupamaa reaches home, she finds Pakhi beaming with joy and asks her for the reason. Pakhi tells her that Vanraj has agreed to send her to the US. Hearing this, she gets very angry and goes to confront Vanraj. Anupamaa asks him how he can decide for their daughter without even consulting her. This leads to a huge argument between them.
Later Anupamaa exposes Pakhi’s truth to everyone. She tells everyone that Pakhi does not want to go to the US for her studies but to enjoy her life with her friends. She asks Pakhi about her goal in life and if she will able to tell, she will let her go. But Pakhi is speechless, she has no answer.
