Anupamaa: Anuj reveals that Malvika is a victim of domestic violence
Anupamaa is getting interesting day by day. Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey, Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma and Aneri Vajani starrer is high on drama and entertainment. Since Aneri's entry, we have seen many twists and turns. The Shahs are all set to celebrate the New Year party and are waiting for Anuj, Anupamaa and Malvika to join them. Just before the party, Malvika sees a couple fighting and a man hitting his wife which brings back past memories.
She locks herself in her room and she searches for medicines. Anuj and Anupamaa try opening the door, and once they get in, Anu sees Malvika in an inconsolable state. She tries to calm her down and asks Anuj what had happened with her. Anuj then tells Anu about his sister's past that she was in an abusive marriage.
He tells her that he found Malvika in her room with bruises all over her body and her husband had tortured her a lot. He also speaks about how society asks a woman to adjust with her abusive husband not knowing the pain she is going through. Anu is in tears and tries to take care of her. In the upcoming episode, we will see that Vanraj tells Anuj that if he ever needs him, he will always be there. Anu asks Malvika to vent out her anger and pain once and for all. It will be interesting to see what will happen next.
