A business tycoon 'Anuj Kapadia' has offered to buy their warehouse and in exchange he will pay them Rs 5 Crore. Vanraj and Kavya are happy about the deal and also can't wait to invest the money. In fact, even before they get a confirmation of the deal, Kavya calls Rakhi and gives her the cheque.
Though Vanraj asks her not to do so and wait, she doesn't listen to him and goes ahead. On the other hand, Rakhi is shocked that the Shahs were able to pay her money so soon. Kavya and Vanraj later visit Anuj Kapadia's offive where his employee gives him some documents and both are left shocked after reading those documents and they decide to talk to Babuji about it.
