Apurva Agnihotri On Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai: 'I Was Initially Supposed To Appear In Only Two Scenes With Mona Singh'- EXCLUSIVE
We got talking to Apurva Agnihotri, who is currently seen in Ekta Kapoor's Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai Season 3. The actor had a lot of interesting details to share with us about the show
Apurva Agnihotri who is still remembered for his character of Armaan Suri in his TV show Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin once again worked with his co-star Mona Singh in Ekta Kapoor's web series, Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai. The actor who hardly had a few scenes in the first part had a full fledged role in Season 2 and now in Season 3 as well.
Apurva, who plays Harry Somani on the show, is in love with Mona Singh (Ananya). We saw a sizzling chemistry between the two in 2003 and once again they are loved together. But do you know Apurva was supposed to do just two scenes in the show?
Apurva reveals, "When I got a call from the creative they said there is a small role for you in the series but Ekta Kapoor wants that only you should do it. There are just two scenes with Mona Singh and I was stunned but then I have a belief in Ekta so I decided to do it. So, I was extremely surprised when they called me for the second season. But I guess my character of Harry got that good response that the makers decided to continue it in second and now in third as well. And it was amazing working with Mona again."
Kehne Ko Humsafar 3 is currently streaming on AltBalaji. However, its remaining episodes will be released on July 1. To keep the audience glued to the show, makers ended the first part where Mona is proposing to someone and the face isn't revealed.
Ask him if he is the man and Apurva says, "I don't want to kill the viewers' excitement by replying to that. I am extremely pleased with the kind of response we are receiving this time. And honestly this is a kind of show which I would also like to watch personally."
