As per media reports, Mohit Sehgal will be soon making an exit from the show as his character Jay is going to die in the show. Also, there is a strong buzz that post Mohit's exit, Arjit Taneja will enter the show and will be shown falling in love with Bani (Surbhi Chandana).
Well, this piece of news disappointed all the fans of Mohit which made Arjit's fans excited to see him back on the screen with this popular supernatural series. But SpotboyE.com has it that there is no such development taking place in the show. In fact, Arijit himself has quashed the rumours. A reliable source informs us, "Makers have no plans to end Mohit's character as of now and he is part of Naagin 5. Also, the reports of Arjit joining the show is not true. We got in touch with both the actors to know about the reality. While Mohit did not respond to our messages, Arjit called the news, "untrue".
Arjit was last seen in Bahu Begum and received a lot of appreciation for his character of Azaan Akhtar Mirza. But now it seems his fans have to wait for some more time to see him in his next. However, Mohit's fans can have a sigh of relief for now.
Talking about the ongoing drama in the show, Bani (Surbhi Chandana) is in a revenge mood and Veer (Sharad Malhotra) has learned of her being an Adi Naagin.
